**International Cruise Terminal - SSA Mexico**
Exit your Cruise Terminal. Across the street you'll find The Royal Village Shopping Mall. Our Staff wearing Top Cozumel Tours/Chula's Beach Club uniforms will be waiting by the Hard Rock Cafe.

**Puerta Maya - Cruise Terminal **
Exit your Cruise Terminal. Kindly walk 100 yards towards downtown. Across the street you will find a Pemex Gas Station and right next door a 7-Eleven. Our Staff wearing Top Cozumel Tours/Chula's Beach Club uniforms will be waiting outside the convenience store.

**Punta Langosta - Cruise Terminal**
Exit your Cruise Terminal and walk through the bridge to Punta Langosta Mall. Kindly proceed to the Starbucks right next to the lighthouse. Our Staff wearing Top Cozumel Tours/Chula's Beach Club uniforms will be waiting right outside.

**Hotel/Airbnb/Playa del Carmen Participants**
Select one Pick Up Poin of the above list, include the name in your booking information and meet us accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with eligibility for full or partial refunds must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start date and time of the experience.

If the experience is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, Participants will be offered the choice of an alternative date/time or a full refund.

For participants arriving on a cruise ship, if the ship does not dock at the port, tickets will be automatically cancelled, and a full refund will be issued. If the ship’s arrival date changes, the tour will be rescheduled to match the new arrival date/time.
